The collection of General Section are for issue The Library has  maintained   open access in  most of the collection. Special Collections are provided for internal use only. The readers are not allowed to borrow the documents from the Special Collection. However, the documents of the Special Collection Sections can be consulted inside the library and can be photocopied.
